HR Generalist For A Luxury Real Estate Developer

As an experienced HR Generalist with 5+ years of experience, your role will involve managing end-to-end HR functions at our Chembur, Mumbai office. Your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end recruitment, onboarding & induction processes
• Managing payroll inputs & ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, POSH, etc.)
• Overseeing performance management & executing appraisal cycles
• Handling employee engagement, grievance, and implementing HR policies
• Coordinating training & development initiatives
• Managing HR dashboards, analytics, and vendors
• Ensuring all compliance requirements are met To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
• 58 years of HR Generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws & HR operations
• Proficiency in HRIS/ATS, MS Excel/Google Sheets
