Office Services Assistant Salary: £15,736.50 per annum(FTE £26,227.50), plus company benefits Location: Glasgow, G2 5NW Contract: Part Time, 3 month Fixed Term contract – start date 27th of July Shifts: 22.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 2pm Work model: Fully onsite Williams Lea seeks an Office Services Assistant to join our team! Purpose of role The primary focus of the Office Services Assistant will be to deal with requests which come into the Office Services team. Key responsibilities The role of the Office Services Assistant is a key position on the DAC Beachcroft Williams Lea account reporting to the Team Leader. The main task of the role includes; Ensuring that the post deadlines are kept to Reprographics, manual and via DocBuster General maintenance of general office equipment Assisting with moving and transportation of boxes around the office Collection and opening of post within SLA Other Office Services tasks Special and Recorded Post processing Personal attributes Previous administrative/office services/customer service experience essential Well presented, with excellent communication skills (written and vernal) Strong customer Focus Drive for results Effective communication - Listening & Written Planning & organising - Managing and measuring work Accountability and responsibility – Courage Ability to operate at all levels within the organisation Good communication skills Confident and with a professional, business-like manner Ability to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy and delivering against timescales Rewards and Benefits We believe in supporting our employees in both their professional and personal lives.
