As an experienced and visionary Product Strategist, your role will involve leading the strategic planning and positioning of products in the market. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, aligning product development with business goals, and delivering customer-centric solutions that foster growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate clear product strategies aligned with business objectives and market needs. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to identify growth opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution. - Define product vision, positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market plans. - Analyze customer insights and user feedback for product direction and improvements. - Create strategic roadmaps, product lifecycle plans, and innovation pipelines. - Work with data analytics teams to assess product performance and recommend strategic pivots if necessary. - Advocate for user needs while considering business and technical constraints. Qualifications Required:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or related field. - 4+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or business strategy, preferably in a tech-driven environment. - Proven ability to build and execute successful product strategies and roadmaps. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. - Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders. - Experience working with agile teams and frameworks. - Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!, or similar platforms.
