Technical Architect - Salesforce Sales Cloud

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of technical solutions to align with business objectives
• Define technical standards, best practices, frameworks, and methodologies
• Work closely with Engineering Manager to establish software engineering guidelines
• Create and maintain technical documents such as architectural diagrams and system documentation
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Participate in architecture and design reviews to identify and address technical risks
• Identify and mitigate technical debt and other technical issues
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvement
• Establish standards, best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for technical solutions
• Groom and mentor Junior Technical Architects in the team

Qualifications Required:

• Good understanding of system design principles
• Ability to design moderately complex systems independently
• Knowledge and experience in implementing technical architectures
• Proficiency in managing emerging technology projects
• Expert knowledge of architecture industry tools and frameworks
• Understanding of design principles and implementation techniques
• Familiarity with software design patterns and principles
• Knowledge of version control systems, DevOps concepts, and testing methodologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex ideas to stakeholders
• Proven experience in driving results and resolving conflicts
