Key job responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Client Solutions Manager would comprise of:
Engage with CXOs/Ecommerce & Marketing heads of large brands within the category and act as an Amazon Advertising consultant and product expert. Consult and educate advertisers with insights and solutions to achieve greater results on Amazon
Leverage our suite of rich data, targeting and product channels to collaborate with the other teams in the development of tailored solutions that meet clients’ goals
Own end-to-end key business metrics like ad revenue and active advertisers for a complete category for Amazon advertising (Display and Video Ads)
Create and drive processes and initiatives to differentiate Amazon as an advertising destination and improve advertiser impact
Lead initiatives which require significant cross team collaboration
Serve as a source of market intelligence for other areas of the Advertising team (e.g., product development, product marketing, pricing) and assist in the development of best practices and operational efficiencies
