Partner with architects and application teams for secure solution delivery
Provide functional support throughout all phases of delivery
Guide and coach junior team members in the team
**Skills and Attributes for Success:**
**Required Skills**
14 years of technical source code development experience with design leadership and hands-on development
Experience in Risk or Compliance Domains and microservices based architectures
Proficiency in back end development with Python, including API creation, microservices, and data integration
Knowledge of Cloud and DevOps, Machine Learning, AI models, and databases like SQL and NoSQL
Ability to lead a team and participate in client-facing activities
**Preferred Qualifications**
TOGAF or equivalent certification
Cloud certifications (Azure preferred)
AI or ML Certifications
**Education:**
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
