As a Program Manager at Sirius AI, you will play a crucial role in leading end-to-end delivery of AI implementation programs for global financial services clients. **Program & Project Delivery**:
Own the full program lifecycle for AI implementation projects, from scoping to deployment. - Define governance structures, milestones, and success metrics across multiple workstreams. - Develop detailed project plans, resource plans, RAID logs, and status dashboards. - Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and solutions architects. - **Stakeholder & Client Management**:
Act as the primary point of contact for client executives throughout the program lifecycle. - Translate complex AI concepts into clear business narratives for non-technical audiences. - Manage client expectations proactively and ensure transparent communication on scope, schedule, and risks. - **Risk & Issue Management**:
Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks including technical, commercial, and operational risks. - Manage escalations and critical issues with structured resolution frameworks. - **Team Leadership**:
Lead and mentor a team of project managers and PM analysts. - Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture with clear accountability. - **Value Tracking**:
Track metrics to capture value created by projects and demonstrate program success. - **AI Program Strategy**:
Align implementation roadmaps with client business goals. - Contribute to pre-sales activities and solution design for new engagements. - Establish program delivery best practices and templates for AI implementations at scale. Your qualifications should include:
