Key Responsibilities:
Own the execution of asset lifecycle management practices from design through retirement. - Ensure optimal maintenance strategies are implemented in accordance with preventive, predictive, or proactive strategies. - Monitor asset and equipment performance and network indicators to ensure performance criteria are met. - Lead or participate in root cause analysis efforts and manage applicable corrective and preventive actions. - Define and apply asset management standards, criticality models, and best practices. - Own applicable documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures, Engineering Standards, and Guidance documents. - Ensure changes to asset management align with equipment-specific GMP validated foundation and design safety controls. - Plan end-of-life asset strategy to minimize unfavorable impact on clients. - Ensure asset data supports inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements. - Partner with CMMS owner, global system owners, and data teams to enable lifecycle insights and performance optimization. - Enable asset reliability, maintenance optimization, and lifecycle cost analysis. - Drive consistency and standardization of asset management practices across sites. - Incorporate network best practices and internal/external benchmarking to optimize asset maintenance and performance. - Strategically deploy Artificial Intelligence to enhance compliant equipment performance and improve equipment-related information understanding. Qualifications Required:
Experience supporting assets and equipment in highly regulated environments with a focus on maintenance and change control. - Experience managing facility and manufacturing asset maintenance programs. - Demonstrated ability to improve asset performance, reliability, and value using data and collaborating with equipment engineering experts. - Ability to apply engineering principles to business processes and decisions. - Proven experience managing multiple priorities, interdependencies, and competing demands. - Data-driven mindset with experience in using metrics and analytics for decision-making and continuous improvement. - Strong collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to lead outcomes without direct authority. - Experience partnering with various stakeholders in regulated environments. - Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Expertise in data governance, analytics platforms, and collaboration tools. - Capability to support change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Experience working effectively in a global, cross-functional environment and leading global teams. Reporting to the Director of Engineering Systems, Technology & Reporting, you will support global asset and equipment management, global performance and reliability, and associated equipment strategy.
