As a Sales Executive, your role involves profitably achieving the sales revenue goals for the organization's specified geographical area and customer base. Your responsibilities will include:
Receiving Enquiries & Providing Techno Commercial Offer:
Receive enquiries from Customers, Dealers & OEMs. - Provide techno commercial offers to customers based on their requirements and applications after discussion and approval from HOD. - Provide technical support for the customer by understanding their requirements and applications, and recommending suitable products. - Prepare and deliver appropriate product and service presentations under the guidance of HOD. - Achieve Sales Targets:
Actively seek out sales opportunities through cold calling, direct visits, and social media. - Set up meetings with potential clients and address their needs and concerns. - Investigate leads extensively before contacting. - Market Research & Product Development:
Identify product improvements or new products by staying updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. - Meet potential clients and act as their consultant. - Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their industry positions. - New Customer Development & Customer Relationship:
Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance. - Research and recommend new opportunities. - Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers for new business prospects. You should possess the following knowledge & skills:
