About The Role
The Franchise Recruitment Sales Specialist serves as a consultative sales professional within the Franchise Development team. This role conducts structured franchise candidate interviews designed to assess alignment while clearly communicating the value and opportunity of franchise ownership. The Specialist owns personal funnel performance, maintains disciplined pipeline management, and drives candidates from initial conversation through award. This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video call. The salary for this position is $50,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus potential and opportunities for growth and advancement.
We’re looking for someone who will hit the ground running with:
Lead consultative sales conversations over phone and video to assess and guide candidates. - Bring experience in phone-based sales, outbound outreach, or high-volume follow-up. - Use strong qualification and objection-handling skills to drive high-quality outcomes. - Stay organized and detail-oriented, with consistent follow-up and pipeline management. - Confidently manage activity within an ATS/CRM to track progress and performance. - Communicate with energy and confidence, clearly articulating the value of franchise ownership. - Bring a results-driven mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding conversion goals.
