As a Lead Project Manager/Business Analyst for Portfolio Solutions with 10 years of experience in Financial Services, your main focus will be on the Equity asset class while supporting other asset classes like Fixed Income, Futures, Options, and Derivatives. You will be responsible for the following:
Leading project management activities and conducting business analysis discussions for Portfolio Solutions projects and programs
Gathering requirements and tracking project deliverables, with a specific focus on equities and derivatives trade processing, clearing, and regulatory reporting
Collaborating with a diverse team of on-shore and off-shore members, including business personnel, program/project managers, business analysts, developers, and QA team members
Consulting with key stakeholders in Portfolio Solutions Trading, Operations, Compliance, as well as Risk & Regulatory reporting
Coordinating tasks, requirements, and deliverables with other SSGM groups
Qualifications required for this role include:
14-17 years of total experience with a minimum of 10 years in Financial Services, particularly in Investment & Trading systems
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing highly technical teams and projects
Successful track record of delivering projects and programs using lightweight or Agile approaches
Experience working with OMS applications; Fidessa ASP preferred
Ability to analyze complex data quickly, identify key risks, and drive them to closure
Adaptability in a fast-growing and changing environment
Front-office, middle-office, and back-office workflows experience showing knowledge of the full trade lifecycle
Understanding of software development lifecycle for iterative, agile, and traditional approaches, with experience in JIRA considered a strong plus
Expertise in Requirements Gathering, Use Case development, testing methodologies, and tools
