As a Business Development Executive - B2B Sales within the staffing/RPO space, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities in RPO & staffing services
Generating leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
Building and maintaining strong client relationships in US/Global markets
Understanding client hiring challenges and offering tailored RPO solutions
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Collaborating with recruitment teams to ensure successful service delivery To excel in this role, you should possess:
Proven experience in RPO/staffing sales, with a preference for the US market
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
