As a Warehouse Management Program Manager at YASH Technologies, you will play a crucial role in leading end-to-end transformation programs across SAP, TMS, and Tier-1 WMS platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the delivery of complex, multi-year transformation programs, ensuring effective management from initiation to completion. - Coordinating internal teams, external partners, and vendors to achieve program milestones on time and within budget. - Defining and enforcing best practices, methodologies, and standards for program execution aligned with organizational objectives. - Establishing quality assurance strategies to ensure high standards of deliverables across all workstreams. - Monitoring delivery progress, key performance indicators, and program health, and reporting status to leadership. - Partnering with leadership, architects, and business analysts to align requirements, timelines, and dependencies. - Proactively identifying, escalating, and managing risks and issues, and driving mitigation strategies. Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 18 years of IT experience with at least 10 years in program or project delivery leadership roles. - Experience in delivering large-scale transformation projects within domains like Supply Chain, Finance, or Ecommerce. - Proficiency in integration services, BI report development, and SAP customizations. - Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills. - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, or a technical field; Masters degree preferred. - PMP, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
