Backend Developer (Java Spring Boot)

As a Backend Developer (Java Spring Boot) at our company, you will be joining our offshore engineering team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with a team of engineers to develop robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems. - Implementing and upholding quality engineering practices including unit testing, code reviews, and test automation. - Optimizing applications for non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and reliability. - Participating in the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring smooth build, test, and deployment processes. - Taking ownership of end-to-end application delivery, including coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Qualifications required for this role:

• 6+ years of experience in backend development using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Reactive Programming. - Strong experience in microservices architecture, API integration, and database connectivity. - Proficient in working with observability tools for monitoring and performance analysis. - 2+ years of hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). - Minimum 1.5 years of experience on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including deployment and cloud-native service integration.
