The Senior Specialist, Revenue Management & Product is responsible for managing pricing, revenue strategies, and commercial policies at the country level to optimize ROI. This role leads monthly pricing processes, executes price actions, and collaborates with regional and country teams to align sales policies, promotional guidelines, and portfolio strategies. It also involves analyzing sell-in and sell-out actions, supporting profitability assessments for busi ess opportunities, and maintaining product master data. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in business or related fields, at least five years of experience in revenue or product management, and strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. What You Will Do • Lead and execute monthly pricing processes, including price actions, lists, and system updates. • Collaborate with country leaders and regional teams to align and implement sales policies, promotional guidelines, and portfolio strategies. • Analyze and recommend sell-in/sell-out actions, track campaign ROI, and support profitability assessments for new business opportunities. • Partner with regional teams to manage pricing requests and identify improvements in pricing processes. What We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a master's degree or advanced certification preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business support, product management, revenue management, market intelligence or finance.
