As a temporary Associate Recruiter at PATH, you will be acting as a Talent Advisor for the Asia, Middle East, and Europe (AMEE) region, as well as other global regions. Your role will involve partnering closely with HR Business Partners and Country Program Leaders to develop long-term hiring strategies, improve processes, and implement creative pipeline strategies. **Responsibilities:**
Develop comprehensive recruiting strategies, talent market research, and talent pipelines. - Build strong relationships with client teams and serve as a strategic advisor on recruiting matters. - Recruit and hire talent in the Asia, Middle East, and Europe (AMEE) region. - Source candidates using cutting-edge technology, social media, targeted outreach, and networking. - Partner with the Regional HRBP to develop talent management strategies. - Manage the recruiting process from sourcing to candidate communications. - Guide hiring managers in designing efficient and professional interview processes. - Negotiate job offers, coordinate reference checks, and ensure candidate records are accurate. - Proactively pipeline talent for future consideration. - Ensure compliance with PATH policies, practices, and local labor laws. - Participate in the development and optimization of recruiting processes. **Required skills and experience:**
At least five years of full life-cycle strategic recruiting experience. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a professional qualification in HR is advantageous. - Experience recruiting professionals in India. - Experience with Workday is preferred. - Global experience is beneficial. - Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. - Experience in sourcing both active and passive candidates. - Executive recruiting experience is advantageous. - Demonstrated success in driving recruitment efforts and influencing clients. - Track record of working well in a team environment with technical staff. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and communicate progress effectively. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Proficiency in online recruiting tools, MS Office, and applicant tracking systems. - Legal authorization to work in India is a must.
