We are seeking a Business Process Analyst Associate to provide system administration support and maintain Ecolab's accounting system. This position supports global manual journal entry, account reconciliation processes, user profiles, and task controls. This role ensures adherence to established SOX controls, conducts system audits and compliance reviews while addressing support requests and ad hoc activities from global finance teams. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain efficient global processes and maintain strong internal controls Support account reconciliation, manual journal entry, and task management activities Respond to inquiries from global finance partners to support monthly close process Maintain all key SOP/DTP documentation to reflect current administrative activities Engage in user setup and profile configuration Provide insights into user licensing needs Participate in ad hoc projects as needed Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field 2 Years of experience in either business, accounting, IT or relevant field Preferred Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical groups Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple levels of stakeholders Experience working with global cross-functional teams System and troubleshooting agility Advanced excel experience A trusted partner at nearly three million customer locations, Ecolab (NYSE:ECL) is a global sustainability leader offering water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and the resources vital to life.
