Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions

Collaborate with hiring managers to define skill requirements, create job descriptions, develop recruitment strategies, and oversee execution

Review profiles of incoming candidates and source potential candidates through various job portals

Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and following up with candidates

Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates

Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions and establish a network of passive candidates

Present LogiNext in a compelling manner to generate interest and provide detailed information about positions

Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the ATS and prepare regular reports
