Reception & Front-of-House Services
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth. - Oversee visitor check-ins, badges, and security protocols. - Maintain a polished and organized reception area. Office Operations & Facilities
Coordinate with vendors, including cleaning, maintenance, and supply partners. - Monitor and follow up on maintenance requests and facility issues. - Support office relocations and workstation setups. - Manage inventory of office and pantry supplies. Workplace Experience
Ensure meeting rooms and shared spaces are fully functional and prepared for guests. - Support meetings, events, and employee engagement initiatives. - Collaborate with Facilities, IT, and Security teams. Vendor & Service Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for building management and vendors. - Coordinate work orders and ensure timely resolution of issues. - Escalate service issues as necessary. Administrative Support
Assist with office projects and operational initiatives. - Track expenses and support the purchasing process. - Maintain service logs and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation. ---
2–4 years of experience in office services, hospitality, or facilities coordination. - Exceptional communication and customer service skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace systems. - Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Core Competencies
