Technical Lead-Java

Qualifications Required:

As a Technical Lead at 3Pillar Global India, you will be a key member of the Product Engineering team, responsible for driving the technical success of projects by providing direction to the technical team and suggesting architectural approaches to meet the product vision. Your role will involve contributing as a technical mentor, ensuring the team has the necessary technical knowledge for success, and proactively informing the client of technical risks or process issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Strong Java/J2EE development experience, with the ability to develop and troubleshoot large mission-critical applications and software products

• Proficiency in Spring 3.5 & above, Springboot 3, MySQL 5 & above, Hibernate 6+/any ORM, and Java 17

• Working knowledge of microservices, docker, Kubernetes, NoSQL databases, and search frameworks like Solr or Elastic Search

• Excellent exposure in unit testing and AI technologies such as cursor, copilot, and windsurf

• Experience in exception handling, data structures, multi-threaded programming, memory management, and application tuning

• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design skills using Java/J2EE, including Core Java, Web Technologies, database optimization, and profiling

• Familiarity with software product development standards and methodologies including Agile, XP, Kanban, and UML

• Experience with Cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Familiarity with Safe Agile processes

• Strong problem-solving, analytic, and troubleshooting skills

• Effective written and oral communication skills for engaging with internal stakeholders and technical representatives
