As an IAM Technical Project Manager, your primary role will be to lead end-to-end delivery of Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation programs. This includes managing IAM workstreams such as IGA, Identity Lifecycle, PAM, SSO/MFA, Access Governance, and Cloud Identity. You will be responsible for coordinating with engineering, architecture, operations, and external teams to ensure smooth delivery. Additionally, you will drive project planning, sprint execution, risk management, and program reporting. Facilitating stakeholder communication, status updates, and governance meetings will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you must ensure compliance with security, audit, and enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications Required:
8-15 years of experience in technical project/program management
Experience in delivering large-scale IAM or security transformation programs
Exposure to cloud platforms, especially Azure, and enterprise IAM environments
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field
Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum are preferred Additionally, you should possess strong knowledge of IAM technologies such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Azure AD, AD/LDAP, SSO, MFA, RBAC. An understanding of IAM architecture, connectors, APIs, provisioning, and workflows is crucial. Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps/CI-CD practices is highly desirable. Your ability to manage cross-functional teams and enterprise integrations, coupled with solid communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, will be essential for excelling in this role.
