Site Supervisor

Salary: Up to 25,000 Role Overview: You will play a crucial role as a Staff Supervisor in maintaining operational efficiency and promoting the well-being of the workforce at various construction sites. Your focus will include fostering a positive work environment, establishing strong relationships with workers, apprentices, and management teams, and proactively addressing concerns through regular stay interviews. Additionally, you will be responsible for conflict resolution, maintaining accurate records of worker engagement and performance, contributing to the development of future leaders, and ensuring seamless onboarding for new team members. Your role will be instrumental in upholding productivity, morale, and safety across multiple project locations. Key Responsibilities:

Manage labor effectively and coordinate activities at construction sites. - Build and maintain strong relationships with workers, apprentices, and management teams. - Conduct regular stay interviews to address concerns and maintain worker engagement. - Resolve conflicts swiftly and maintain accurate records of worker performance. - Contribute to the development of future leaders within the team. - Ensure seamless onboarding process for new team members. Qualifications Required:

26 years of hands-on experience in construction or infrastructure site supervision. - Proven expertise in labor management, site coordination, and workforce handling. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and support teams effectively. - Fluency in the local language of the assigned region. - Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. - Prior experience in the construction industry is highly preferred. - Relevant experience of at least 2 years in labor management, labor handling, site supervising, or site coordination within the infrastructure/construction sector.
