Junior Private Equity Associate

In this role, you will support senior associates in all aspects of the private equity investment process, from deal sourcing to portfolio management. You will conduct market research, analyze financial statements, and prepare investment memos. Additionally, you will be involved in due diligence and transaction execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in deal sourcing and screening
• Conducting financial modeling and valuation
• Preparing investment memos and presentations
• Supporting due diligence processes
• Monitoring portfolio company performance
• Maintaining investment databases

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
