Build knowledge of our evolving software and the real estate private equity industry. - Advance use of Juniper Square software to support our fund administration and investor services clients. - Perform workspace management tasks on behalf of our clients, including investor position creation and reviewing workspaces for accuracy and completeness. - Support customers during their fundraising process by understanding customer goals and timelines, articulating the value of Juniper Square software and processes. - Monitor customer health and provide feedback to internal teams. - Expert ability to communicate operational best practices to clients, while escalating any scope of work deviations to management. - Manage treasury related activities such as logging LP contributions and handling payments for clients. - Investigate payment breaks and chargebacks; coordinate with bank partners to resolve exception items and ad-hoc requests. - Identify and flag areas of improvement including operational controls, to team leads and/or managers
Qualifications
3+ years experience in fund administration or investor services related roles
High level of integrity and desire to consistently do the right thing for our customers and for the business
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail, delivering quality outcomes to our clients. - Ability to be a self-starter: you identify problems and take ownership of finding and implementing solutions
Highly flexible and adaptable to change; ability to handle multiple projects at once while staying close to the details

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is 75,000-90,000 USD and the Canadian base salary range for this role is 80,000-95,000 CAD. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable. Benefits
