Job Description: Job Summary:** CROWN Arabia Can Company Ltd is seeking experienced and safety-conscious Production Forklift Truck Drivers to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves the safe and efficient movement of materials, finished goods, and waste products within the production facility. Job Responsibilities:** * Operate forklift trucks (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck, pallet jack) safely and efficiently to load, unload, stack, and move materials, products, and waste. * Transport raw materials to production lines and move finished goods to designated storage areas or shipping docks. * Perform pre-shift and post-shift inspections of forklift equipment and complete necessary documentation. * Identify and report any maintenance issues or defects with the forklift to the supervisor. * Ensure accurate inventory control by scanning and recording material movements using a warehouse management system (WMS) or manual logs. * Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and traffic rules within the facility. * Assist with general warehouse duties, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a safe work environment. * Collaborate effectively with production, warehouse, and logistics teams. * Communicate any delays, issues, or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel. Job Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Valid forklift operator certification/license, with demonstrated experience operating various types of forklifts. * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a forklift driver in a production or manufacturing environment. * Proven ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and regulations. * Basic computer skills for data entry and WMS interaction. * Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required. * Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness. * Good communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
