Technical Product Analyst, Application Framework

As a Product Analyst at Anaplan, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the core experience of our Anaplan application builders. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with our platform engineering teams to analyze the needs of our application building community, validate scenarios, and provide data-driven feedback to shape the future of our platform. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Support the Product team in refining the product backlog by providing data-driven insights on current usage patterns and exploring new use cases. - Partner with Product Owners and platform engineering to analyze, research, and validate detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. - Actively participate in backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning meetings, and sprint reviews to ensure the engineering team understands the customer impact of their work. - Leverage your expertise in Anaplan model building to validate complex scenarios, analyze usage patterns, and ensure new platform capabilities meet the needs of our builders. - Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, technical writers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, well-documented platform features. - Support the user story acceptance process by validating features against acceptance criteria to ensure they deliver the intended value. - Communicate analytical findings, usage patterns, and feedback to the broader application framework team and stakeholders across the organization. **Qualifications Required:**
• Hands-on experience in Anaplan model building, including module design, formula writing, and data integration. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to break down complex problems for analysis. - Proficiency with Agile development management tools such as Jira and Confluence. - Ability to analyze business and user needs and provide clear, data-driven feedback. - Experience with data analysis tools to understand usage patterns. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences. - Passion for the Anaplan platform and empathy for the model builder community. - Collaborative mindset and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
