We are looking for a detail-driven Accounts & Payroll Officer to join our Finance team and help keep our numbers in check as we scale. You will own day-to-day accounts and payroll across our Australian and Canadian operations, working closely with the Finance Manager and broader team. 📋 What You'll Do

• Perform bank reconciliations across multiple company accounts in Australia and Canada, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and matched
• Manage end-to-end accounts payable, including processing supplier invoices, verifying coding, and arranging timely payments
• Process and reconcile company credit card transactions from digital expense management platforms, collecting supporting invoices and ensuring expenses are correctly recorded
• Support payroll processing for both Australian and international employees, ensuring payroll data is accurate and up to date
• Maintain payroll records for new hires, terminations, and employee changes
