You are seeking an experienced Global Product Owner to lead the Conversational Analytics Program at GSK. The program involves an AI-based voice capture tool used by Sales Reps to collect in-call and post-call voice recordings for Gen AI summaries of conversations. As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, driving product vision and strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective rollout of new features globally. Additionally, you will focus on matching marketing content sharing with customer sentiment for future content creation and enhancing the end-to-end experience of field teams. **Key Responsibilities:**
Manage the global Conversational Analytics product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and strategic alignment
Gather requirements from stakeholders across markets to meet diverse regional needs
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications with the development team in India
Oversee the maintenance of Conversational Analytics tools while driving innovation in voice capture experience
Act as the primary contact for global queries and issues related to Conversational Analytics
Analyze program performance metrics and user feedback for continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and GSK policies worldwide
Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users for best-in-industry features
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in pharmaceutical sales and marketing
**Required Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred
15 years of overall experience with 5 years in product management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
In-depth knowledge of field reps experience and Veeva Platforms
Strong understanding of sales representatives' engagement with HCPs
Experience in managing global teams and cross-cultural communication
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools
Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in pharmaceutical sales
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in multiple pharmaceutical markets
Experience in pharmaceutical sales
