SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the Finance function by using financial data to analyse, interpret, evaluate, and report financial status and performance of the organization to ensure correct basis for required company reporting as well as prioritising initiatives and right decisions. The position is based in Casablanca. Responsibilities: Support Finance Manager by analyzing and interpreting financial data and providing relevant reports as the basis for monitoring and decisions. Assist Finance Manager in preparing and maintaining a sustainable financial reporting process with an analysis of key financial information in order to support management in making well-informed decisions. Conduct analysis on past and future performance by use of models to be able to provide value-adding analysed information to reported figures. Perform ad-hoc analysis of managers' requirements through financial analysis to ensure reliable information for decisions. Perform cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, providing trends and forecasts to improve the status, and ensuring proper stock control procedures. Support the finance team by coordinating relevant schedules related to financial reporting to generate accurate reports and data. Support the implementation of new tools and techniques to improve the financial reporting routines. Perform assigned tasks as required across the Finance function (e.g. Accounting tasks, credit control etc.) Use various systems and other data sources to create financial reports regularly and on demand. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER What we are looking for : Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. 5+ years of experience in financial controlling, business analysis, or management reporting. Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; experience with ERP systems is a plus. Solid understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
