As a Senior Backend Engineer at Crisp Analytics (LUMIQ) in Noida, you will be responsible for owning backend systems end-to-end. Your role will involve designing, building, scaling, and optimizing high-performance services. You should have solid fundamentals in Java-based backend engineering, real-world microservices experience, and the maturity to make architectural trade-offs. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
Build and manage microservices-based architectures with clean service boundaries
Develop and consume RESTful APIs with a strong focus on performance, security, and reliability
Implement event-driven systems using Kafka for real-time data processing
Optimize database interactions using Hibernate/JPA and best practices
Collaborate closely with frontend, data, DevOps, and product teams
Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and adherence to engineering standards
Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis
Mandatory Technical Skills:
Robust proficiency in Java (Core + Advanced concepts)
Hands-on experience with Spring Framework & Spring Boot
Solid understanding of Microservices architecture
Experience with Hibernate / JPA

Practical experience with Kafka (producers, consumers, event streaming)
