As a Senior Fund Accountant specializing in Property Accounting, your role will involve maintaining comprehensive books and records, preparing financial statements, and handling a full scope of transaction activities for complex fund structures. Your strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and proactive problem-solving approach will contribute to both day-to-day operations and strategic business initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping and Record Maintenance:
Maintain and control the general ledger and various sub-ledgers. - Prepare financial statements, footnotes, and partner capital statements. - Prepare trial balances and work paper products. - Process standard and complex bookkeeping entries, involved in the full scope of transaction activities, including full-cycle accounting. - Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Prepare financial data analysis. - Calculate carried interest/performance/incentive fees. - Process payments and other transactions. - System Implementation & Project Participation:
Participate in the implementation of fund structures into the accounting system. - Participate in projects related to the continuing expansion and evolution of the business. - Stakeholder Interaction & Issue Resolution:
Act as a day-to-day contact with on-shore stakeholders. - Identify and escalate any material issues affecting service delivery to the Supervisor. - Perform any other functions required as part of the business, reporting to the Supervisor. Qualifications Required:
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA equivalent, or currently studying for a professional accounting qualification (i.e., CA, CPA, or equivalent). Key Responsibilities:
