Solution Delivery Specialist

Qualifications:

• Post-graduate degree in operations management, statistics, or industrial engineering
• 5 years of experience implementing planning applications like Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, E2Open, OMP, Anaplan, Riverlogic, AIMMS, etc. - Extensive experience working with clients and translating business requirements into technical features
• Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including Distribution Planning, Master Planning, S&OP
• Statistical, Optimization, and Simulation skills through tools like R, SAS, CPLEX
• Knowledge of databases and languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze and process large amounts of data and prioritize high-value opportunities or risks You will be a part of the Manufacturing and Supply Chain team (MSC-X) at McKinsey & Company, where you will collaborate with Indian client project teams on supply chain and integrated business planning issues from various industry verticals. Your main focus areas will include:
• Conducting end-to-end supply chain planning quick & deep dive diagnostics with analytics
• Designing supply process and planning transformations
• Implementing integrated business planning solutions In addition to working with McKinsey, you will also collaborate with advanced planning solution vendors. Your role will involve working closely with clients across industries and regions to provide supply chain solutions. You will be based in Gurugram or Chennai and can expect frequent travel to serve clients onsite. You will spend a significant portion of your time (70-80%) working with the Manufacturing and Supply Chain (MSC-X) practice and consulting teams at McKinsey. Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing and implementing advanced digital supply planning solutions
• Demonstrating industry best practices and business processes
• Participating in the entire project lifecycle from design to delivery of APS solutions
• Working closely with architects to develop functional and technical designs
• Configuring the APS platform to solve complex operations and supply chain problems
• Leading junior system configurators and providing day-to-day support
• Leading Super User and End User training for a global user base
