As a Virtual Relationship Manager at Equirus Wealth Private Limited, your role will involve onboarding and completing digital KYC requirements for all customer segments. You will be responsible for managing and resolving all customer queries in a timely manner. Additionally, you will need to contact existing or potential customers to inform them about investment products or services using scripts, answer investment product-related queries, understand customer requirements, and close sales. If necessary, you will direct HNI prospects to the field sales team. It will also be your responsibility to enter and update customer information in the database, process transaction orders accurately, handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation, and maintain records of calls and sales with useful information. Qualifications and Experience required for this role include:
Graduate
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Tele Sales & Service Representative or in other sales/customer service roles in Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, or related Financial Services
Good knowledge of KYC process for Mutual Funds
Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
Familiarity with relevant computer programs (e.g., Excel, CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about investment products and services and effectively describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent command over English and the regional language of the state
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
