You are a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst responsible for driving insights that influence business performance and product decisions. You will work closely with Product, Business, Growth, and Leadership teams to convert data into actionable intelligence, going beyond dashboards to answer why things are happening and what should be done next. - Own and drive business and product insights across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization. - Partner with Product and Business teams to define, track, and evolve key metrics and north-star KPIs. - Perform deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, funnels, cohorts, and feature usage to identify growth and efficiency levers. - Build and maintain dashboards, MIS, and self-serve reports that serve as a reliable source of truth. - Support experimentation and A/B testing by defining success metrics and analyzing outcomes. - Proactively surface risks, anomalies, and opportunities using data-backed narratives. - Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams to improve data quality, tracking, and analytical readiness. - Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics, preferably in product-led or consumer internet / fintech organizations. - Strong hands-on experience with SQL (mandatory) ability to work with large and complex datasets. - Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar. - Solid understanding of product metrics, funnels, cohorts, and lifecycle analytics. - Proven ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and deliver end-to-end insights. - Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders. Qualifications:
