Field Sales Specialist // San Francisco, CA (Bay Area)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Required / Preferred Experience
Natural food and grocery industry experience required. - Whole Foods Market and/or Sprouts experience strongly preferred. - Experience working with distributors such as UNFI and KeHE. - Strong understanding of retail merchandising, resets, and in-store sales execution. - College degree preferred. Skills & Attributes
Strong sales mindset with the ability to influence outcomes at the store level. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail. - Self-motivated with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. - Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Comfortable using digital tools and applications for reporting and communication. - Genuine interest in organic, natural, and mission-driven food products. Additional Requirements
Reliable transportation to travel store-to-store and transport samples. - Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements. - Ownership of a smartphone and computer to perform job duties. - Green Spoon provides Microsoft Office Suite and company owned iPad for job duties
