Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager (Marketing)

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for our Marketing Team in the Pesticides industry. Position: Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager Marketing

Qualifications Required:

• B.Sc. Agriculture
• M.Sc. Agriculture
• MBA (Agribusiness)
• PhD IN ENTOMOLOGY

Experience: 1 to 6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle product marketing and promotional activities * Conduct market visits and generate market feedback * Coordinate with sales teams for business growth * Perform competitor analysis and branding activities * Maintain daily reports and marketing data                                                                                                                                      * Product development and product positioning knowledge * Experience in conducting farmer meetings and field demonstrations * Knowledge of CIB registration and product portfolio management * Licensing and liaisoning with government departments and authorities * Team training and field staff guidance * Market survey and competitor product analysis * Build strong customer relationships and support business expansion                                                                                                  * Product knowledge of pesticides & Agri-inputs. Skills Required:

* Good communication and presentation skills * Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & computer operations * Strong coordination and analytical skills * Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
