Key Responsibilities:
Key Qualifications, Skills & Education:
University degree in Civil Engineering or Bachelor of Science from recognized institution
Must be a registered and practicing Professional Engineer in Ontario
8 to 10 years of experience in the Geotechnical, Materials Testing and construction industry
Strong project management, client management, and business development skills
Proven leadership and team building experience
Prior experience with running branch office or division is preferred
Ability to travel between DS offices and sites within Ontario
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English
Organized, works well under pressure and able to multi-task is essential
Must own a vehicle with insurance coverage and hold a Valid (G-Level) Ontario Driver's License
Flexible to work on a wide variety of projects, tasks, and assignments, responding easily to changing priorities
