Purpose of Role
This is a fixed-term maternity cover position for a Lead Marketing Account Manager, responsible for ensuring continuity, performance, and progression across our Marketing Services function. You will lead and manage the Marketing Account Management team, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality marketing strategies and services. Alongside team leadership, you will take ownership of Keyloop’s largest and most strategically important Managed Service accounts, driving measurable performance and long-term growth. A key focus of this role is to explore, evaluate, and introduce AI-driven opportunities across marketing services - identifying ways to improve efficiency, performance, and client value through emerging technologies. You will work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and your team to deliver results-driven marketing strategies aligned to customer objectives, while also supporting innovation and operational excellence.
