To excel in this role, you should have:
5+ years of experience in Lean, Agile, and Value Stream Management
Change tolerance and motivation for continuous improvement
Solid understanding of Lean Portfolio Management in large-scale Agile environments
Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
Agile certification is beneficial
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to drive change initiatives and enhance efficiency
