Create and nurture an innovative ecosystem across the organization. - Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - Drive implementation of innovation initiatives and monitor progress. - Track milestones, identify deviations, and recommend improvements. - Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates for management. - Design and deliver training programs to build innovation capabilities among staff. - Develop customized learning materials related to innovation processes and tools. - Support ISO-56002 and Kitemark innovation audits, certification, and compliance activities. - Assist in intellectual property protection of technical solutions, software, and written content. - Support publication processes, documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. ### Required Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical / Software / Computer), Information Technology, or related field. - 4 to 8 years of experience in innovation management, capability building, or continuous improvement roles. - Hands-on experience with ISO-56002 and Kitemark innovation audits/certification. - Strong understanding of innovation frameworks and ecosystem development. - Experience in training delivery and staff capability enhancement. - Knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP), patents, copyrights, or related protection mechanisms. - Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills. ### Preferred Skills
