Purpose of the role
The Customer Marketing Manager is a strategic and commercially driven leader responsible for driving growth, retention, and innovation across Keyloop’s Marketing Services offering. You will lead the Marketing Account Management and Paid Social teams across all markets, ensuring the successful delivery and continuous optimisation of multi-channel marketing solutions. With ownership of new business development across PPC, SEO & AI search, social media advertising and website development, you will identify opportunities to expand customer investment, lead high-impact pitches, and shape tailored strategies that deliver measurable results. This role plays a critical part in embedding AI-led thinking across our services, enhancing performance, improving efficiency, and ensuring our customers remain competitive in an evolving digital marketing landscape. Alongside growth, you will drive a strong focus on customer retention, building long-term partnerships through clear value demonstration, performance insight, and proactive strategic direction.
