Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end development, enhancement, and maintenance of 55ips market data platform. - Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions to functional requirements. - Identify, prioritize, and allocate tasks to achieve the firms technology objectives effectively. - Architect and develop data ETL processes and data objects. - Mentor and manage a team of software developers and testers, planning and executing agile-scrum sprints. - Ensure high-quality coding standards through code reviews, conduct thorough unit/functional testing, and provide support during UAT and post go-live phases. Qualifications Required:

12-14 years of software development experience. - Recent experience in leading and mentoring a scrum team. - Proficiency in Python, Django, Pandas, GitHub/Bit-Bucket, Jira, PostgreSQL, and SQL scripting. - Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing high-scale data projects. - Solid understanding of OOPs and software design constructs implementation using Python. - In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle, particularly Agile Scrum. - Exposure to financial capital markets data and trading applications. - Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, and NoSQL is desirable. - Familiarity with R is a plus. - Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Computer, Electronic, or IT Engineering. - Strong communication (written and oral) and analytical problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail, commitment to delivering high-quality work, and a willingness to learn.
