Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to support our manufacturing operations through preventative maintenance, equipment reliability, infrastructure improvements, and safety compliance initiatives. As the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting daily manufacturing operations and long-term facility performance initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough baseline assessments of existing equipment, identify operational gaps, and develop prioritized improvement plans
• Create, implement, and maintain preventive maintenance programs, including PM schedules and reporting systems
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with production schedules to minimize downtime and operational disruptions
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repair of production machinery and facility systems
• Manage spare parts inventory and equipment lifecycle records
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve reliability and efficiency
• Support infrastructure upgrades, capital improvement projects, and cross-functional operational initiatives
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with company policies and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
