Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical/Mining/Industrial) or equivalent, MBA preferred. - 10-15+ years of sales experience in industrial equipment, preferably in mining, construction, heavy machinery, or aftermarket parts & service. - Minimum 5-7 years in a leadership role managing sales teams in a national or multi-regional capacity. - Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and achieving/exceeding targets in B2B aftermarket sales. - Strong knowledge of mining/infrastructure sectors in India. - Experience with distributor/channel management and direct key account sales highly desirable. **Required Skills and Competencies:**
