R&D Test Engineer

Required Qualifications and Experience

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Robotics, or related engineering field. - 2–4 years of engineering, robotics, UAV, or hardware test experience (internships and academic project work included). - Strong hands-on technical aptitude and comfort working with physical hardware. - Experience with laboratory instrumentation and data collection. - Scripting or programming ability in Python, MATLAB, or similar — able to write test scripts and process datasets independently. Preferred:

• Experience with UAV/drone systems, autonomous vehicles, or robotic platforms. - Familiarity with data acquisition hardware (National Instruments, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar). - Experience with power electronics or electromechanical systems. - Exposure to high-reliability or safety-critical hardware environments.
