As a Front-End Marketing cum Coordinator at our company in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in supporting marketing initiatives and coordinating various activities to drive business growth in the Aluminium & Metal Industry. Reporting to the Marketing Manager/Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in developing and implementing B2B marketing strategies targeting the aluminium and construction sectors. - Coordinating the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, product catalogs, and presentations. - Maintaining and updating product information on digital channels and the company website. - Managing content and design coordination for exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events. - Tracking competitors and market trends to support strategy development. In addition, you will also be responsible for sales coordination tasks such as:
Liaising between customers and internal sales/production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. - Preparing sales quotations, proposals, and presentations for client meetings. - Maintaining CRM data and tracking inquiries, leads, and customer feedback. - Following up with clients for payments, documentation, and delivery schedules. If applicable, you may also be involved in digital engagement activities including:
Supporting social media campaigns and managing company profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. - Collaborating with graphic designers for visual content needs. Your role will also include various administrative tasks like:
Scheduling and organizing client meetings, internal reviews, and vendor discussions. - Handling basic documentation, data entry, and filing related to marketing and customer service. - Coordinating with vendors for printing, promotional materials, etc. **Requirements**:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - 2-3 years of experience in a similar marketing/coordination role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, basic graphic tools (e.g., Canva, CorelDraw), and familiarity with CRM tools. - Knowledge of the aluminium or construction materials industry is a strong advantage. - Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently. **Preferred Skills**:
Understanding of industrial product marketing (B2B). - Exposure to export documentation or international marketing is a plus. - Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally) is desirable.
