Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over een portfolio van juridische publicaties binnen het burgerlijk recht en publiek recht en speelt een sleutelrol in de verdere digitale ontwikkeling van onze contentoplossingen. De rol Als Publishing Coördinator beheer en ontwikkel je samen met interne en externe experten een kwalitatief juridisch contentportfolio voor zowel digitale als printpublicaties. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor auteurs, redacties en interne stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat publicaties inhoudelijk sterk, marktgericht en operationeel efficiënt worden gerealiseerd. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen publishing, operations en content management en draagt actief bij aan de verdere innovatie van onze juridische informatieoplossingen. Wat ga je doen? Je beheert en coördineert een portfolio van juridische publicaties binnen burgerlijk recht (FR) en publiek recht (NL). Je onderhoudt professionele relaties met auteurs, professoren, experten en redactiecomités. Je identificeert actief nieuwe auteurs en bouwt duurzame samenwerkingen uit. Je onderhandelt over samenwerkingen en beheert contractuele afspraken met auteurs. Je werkt nauw samen met operations om content efficiënt digitaal en operationeel te ontsluiten. Je ondersteunt innovatieve projecten rond digitale databanken, juridische content en technologische toepassingen. Je volgt marktontwikkelingen en noden van klanten en vertaalt deze mee naar relevante contentinitiatieven. Je draagt bij aan een vlotte en correcte administratieve opvolging van publicaties en contentprocessen. Jouw vaardigheden en profiel Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in Rechten, Rechtspraktijk, Communicatie, Politieke Wetenschappen, Geschiedenis of een gelijkaardige richting. Je hebt relevante professionele ervaring binnen publishing, content management, stakeholdermanagement, communicatie of een gelijkaardige omgeving. Je bent perfect tweetalig Nederlands/Frans en beschikt over een goede professionele kennis van Engels. Je voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving met auteurs en hoogopgeleide stakeholders. Je werkt vlot met digitale tools en hebt interesse in online databanken en nieuwe technologieën. Je bent organisatorisch sterk en bewaart overzicht over verschillende projecten en deadlines tegelijk. Ervaring binnen juridische uitgeverijen, onderwijs, media of content gedreven organisaties is een sterke troef.
