Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology and services contracts with public sector customers
- Negotiating contracts with US federal, state, local, and educational customers
- Supporting partner and reseller contract negotiations
- Assisting with the development of terms and templates
- Supporting work related to cloud services and public sector accreditations (FedRAMP, CJIS)
Qualifications:
- Experience in technology transactions and/or product counseling
- Strong knowledge of negotiating technology or services contracts with public sector customers
- Experience working with public sector customers, including federal, state, local, and educational entities
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with product counseling
- Familiarity with public sector accreditation frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, CJIS)
Compensation:
The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $166,000-240,000 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
