As a DevOps Release Manager at Standard Chartered, you will play a crucial role in the successful planning and coordination of releases. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing a comprehensive release plan, detailing the scope, timeline, and dependencies. - Establishing and maintaining the release management process, ensuring coordination throughout the release lifecycle. - Collaborating with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure proper testing, documentation, and scheduling. - Leading and coordinating Go-Live activities, executing deployment plans and checklists. - Coordinating planning and preparation for deployments. - Demonstrating proficiency in risk management methods and techniques, including safety-related risks. - Acting as the process owner for change management, analyzing change requests and leading assessment processes. - Engaging with key stakeholders such as Management Teams, Product Owners, and Engineering Leads. - Possessing a minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT Change and Release Management. - Having experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) Pipeline, ADO Boards, scripting languages/SQLs, Release Train Engineer, and UI development skills.
