Lead Generation & Sourcing: Acquire new customers through open markets, direct sales, and by building strong referral networks with builders, brokers, and Direct Selling Associates (DSAs). - Client Advisory: Meet with potential borrowers, understand their financial needs, and explain various HL and LAP product offerings, interest rates, and eligibility criteria. - Loan Processing & Disbursement: Manage the end-to-end loan cycle. Collect necessary KYC and financial documents, and closely coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth file processing, underwriting, and timely disbursal. - Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners, ensuring high customer satisfaction, cross-selling, and repeat business or referrals. - Compliance & Portfolio Quality: Ensure all documentation adheres to regulatory guidelines and internal company policies to minimize the risk of non-performing assets (NPAs).
